Client confidentiality

All client information is kept securely in accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act. However, Holyrood Holistic exceeds standard practice. In order to set each client's mind at peace, each Holyrood Holistic consultation form includes the following confidentiality clause, signed and dated by Gabe Stewart in front of the client at the first appointment:

"Gabe Stewart further agrees to treat all information relating to or resulting from any treatments provided by Holyrood Holistic as absolutely confidential. Gabe Stewart shall not disclose anything regarding any client's treatment to any other person or entity, unless legally compelled to do so, and then, only upon timely prior notice to the client, giving the client sufficient time to contest any such disclosure."

Clients can rest secure in the knowledge that whatever happens in the consulting room stays in the consulting room.
